1) Reviewing and learning useful vocabulary for talking to students/users at the library counter.
2) Roleplaying typical conversations with students/users, practising how to ask questions, check information, give advice.
3) Reviewing grammar tenses
4) Small talk, practising standard expressions and being helpful.
5) Explaining rules and regulations, problem solving vocabulary and roleplays.
6) Intercultural communication
