We invite submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations.
Abstracts which will be submitted before August 30st, 2009 will be qualified for selection to oral presentation. The abstracts of accepted talks and posters will be published in the abstract book of the conference and will be distributed to all participants of the conference.
 
The conference program is designed to encourage young researchers to give oral presentations.
 
Please use the electronic abstract submission form and follow the guidelines for abstract submission.
Format your paper according to the following style:
-       Abstract is submitted in English
-       The abstract text should be laid out for standard A4 page (in portrait). Margins should be top 2,5; bottom 2,5; left and right 2,5. Font size: 12 pt. Text font: Times New Roman, use single line spacing.
-       Title of abstract in bold and capital letters, followed in two separate line by the author’s name(s), and the institution(s), city, country. Please underline the presenting author’s name.
-       Standard abbreviations can be used if required.
-       The total size of the abstract should not exceed a standard A4 page.
-       All submissions will be sent in MS Word format to forschergruppe804@staff.hu-berlin.de
-       Deadline for abstract submission: August 30st, 2009
-       After submission, a notification will be sent about the successful delivery of the abstract.
-       The decision about the presentation form (oral or poster) will be notified to the authors latest mid September 2009.
 
Guidelines for poster presentation
 
The authors of the accepted abstracts will be asked to prepare a poster if not chosen for an oral presentation. The presenters are expected to stand in their poster session to introduce and discuss the research project.
 
The instructions for the preparation of a poster include
-       Each poster presenter will tack the own poster on a dedicated board.
-       The poster will remain fixed continuously during the entire conference.
-       The poster size should not exceed A0 format in portrait set up.
