The Registration Fees will be 290 Euro

The Conference fee includes

• Accommodation in double bedroom

(a few single bed rooms are available)
• Lunch for Friday and Saturday
• Dinner for Thursday and Friday
• Participation in all lectures

• Poster sessions
• Congress bag including programme book

• Sightseeing tour on Saturday afternoon

• Tea/coffee during the breaks

Payments will be made in Euros (€)

General Conditions for Registration

Only completed registration forms can be accepted. The registration will only be confirmed after receipt of the total amount of payment.

Deadline for registration will August 31^st 2009. The registration will be principally open until the maximum number of attendants is reached. The maximum number is presently determined by the number of participants who can be accommodated at the Harnack-Haus, and be seated into the lecture room (100 persons).

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in written to forschergruppe804@staff.hu-berlin.de. Cancellation of attendance and reimbursement of the total registration fee is only possible until August 31^st, 2009. A handling fee of 30 Euros will be charged in this case. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. If not paid already, the participant will be charged the total amount of the registration fee.
