3M LCD Projection Panel
3M Audio Visual Division in USA,
It came with MS-DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.1.
The 3M Model 2080B features a projection panel, remote control and utility software. The software allows to communicate with a personal computer for controlling sequencing of screens in a presentation. The panel is connected to the video output of a personal computer. It is placed on top of a standard overhead projector and the simulated-color image is then projected just like an overhead projector transparency. The panel could represent 16 standard IBM PC colours. It also had a switch to toggle between 16- and 8-colour modes. The brightness of colours could be adjusted from the remote control.
