Introduction

The Baltic Sea School is working towards the goal of establishing a Master in Baltic Sea Region Studies programme at Humboldt-Universität on a permanent basis.

The introduction of such a programme requires both conceptual and practical groundwork. An important part of this work has already been done by drafting a curriculum for a one year master programme that was put to a practise test in 2003. This pilot project is documented on the following pages.
