Take your lunchtime break to practise your English. What will we be doing?
1) Reviewing and learning useful vocabulary and phrases for talking to students/users at the library counter.
2) Roleplaying typical conversations with students/users, asking questions, checking information, giving advice, explaining rules and regulations.
3) Reviewing grammar tenses
4) Reading articles, discussing current affairs and their implications for your users and the university.
5) Reviewing presentation skills
6) Intercultural communication and reading between the lines when talking to people from different parts of the world
