Good leaders help their employees succeed. To achieve this, it is necessary to understand the individual. What individual motives, needs, and goals drive each person, and how can I, as a leader, assist in their realization so that every employee can fully exploit their potential?

Module 2: Combining Theory and Practice Online

Theory and Reality... Sometimes, reality presents us challenges that cannot be easily integrated into a concept. Here, collegial practical exchange is helpful. We will address the individual challenges of each participant and enrich what has already been learned with additional practical tools for leadership.
