Goal of the project is to analyze dynamic gene networks underlying the establishment of the floral ground plan as part of the ERC Synergy project RESYDE. You will apply spatial transcriptomics and single cell omics approaches combined with assays that assess transcription factor functions in early flower development. You will become a member of the cross-disciplinary, international RESYDE team with project partners in Sweden, UK and Australia.
