Short Vita

I am currently working as a researcher in the project “Coping with Affective Polarisation”. My research focuses on social conflict within and between groups, prejudice and discrimination, and punishment and post-conflict dynamics. I obtained my PhD on cooperation in social groups at the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena, where I also worked as a postdoctoral researcher. I headed the module on experiments in the National Discrimination and Racism Monitor at the German Centre for Integration and Migration and was a visiting professor of social psychology at the University of Potsdam in 2023-2024.
