Improve your professional and private relationships

Today many of you have international responsibilities and have to interact
professionally with different cultures. This workshop provides practical advice
that helps you deal confidently with customers and colleagues from around the
world. It is an ideal introduction for those of you in international
organizations/companies and those with a significant multi-cultural workforce.

We take an objective look at our own cultures and so learn how to be more
accepting of different ones. This workshop can help you to become more
culturally aware and ultimately improve your professional and private
relationships.

Role play, discussions and group work give you a basic knowledge of different
cultural value systems and communication styles with the aim of improving
your general interactions with international colleagues and customers.

We plan to work hard, learn a lot and have fun!
