Dear exchange students,
Your arrival in Berlin is getting closer and you probably heard that you need to register your adress upon arrival in Germany. It is usually very difficult to get an appointment with the city office here in Berlin, so the Welcome Centre has organised multiple days where the employees of the city office come to HU's main building. This way, you can do the registration process from the university and you don't need to wait for months to get an appointment!
Dates, time and location:
14 and 23 October & 13 and 18 November from 9am to 3pm at the International Service Centre at HU's main builiding (room 1068). There will be four slots of 90 minutes available. If one is fully booked, please try the next link. You will receive a confirmation once you have succesfully reserved a slot.
