Empathic Communication - Communicating with Clarity and Connection

Communicate clearly and with empathy - even in challenging situations. This training supports clear, respectful, and constructive communication grounded in empathy and connection. You will identify common communication barriers, reflect on your individual way to communicate, and develop practical strategies for everyday life, studies, and professional contexts.
Based on Nonviolent Communication (Rosenberg) and Active Listening (Rogers), the training combines brief theoretical input with interactive exercises and role plays to practice and strengthen empathetic communication skills.
The Workshop takes place in English.
