Feminist Empowerment in the New Work Era – for Women, Trans and Non-Binary People

Academic work and study environments can seem overwhelming and full of challenges, especially for women, trans, and non-binary people. Next to juggling study demands and career questions comes the extra burden of dealing with gendered inequalities. Feminist Empowerment in the New Work Era is an interactive training designed for women, trans, and non-binary people who want to better understand the academic system they study and work in—and their own power within it. Combining short inputs with guided self-reflection, peer exchange, and creative group work, the training explores inequality structures in academia and their impact on women, trans and non-binary people, while creating space to reflect on your own experiences, roles, boundaries, and ambitions.
Together, we will develop practical strategies to navigate, challenge, and transform these structures, strengthen self-confidence and self-eoicacy, and build collective agency.
