Moderiert von Andrej Holm haben sich Katharina Janke-Wagner (Senatsverwaltung f\u00fcr Stadtentwicklung, Bauen und Wohnen), Ciaran Cross (HOWOGE Mieterrat), Pelin P\u0131nar Giritlio\u011flu (Kammer f\u00fcr Stadtplanung, Istanbul) und Funda Oral (BOSCOP, Berlin) \u00fcber die Erfahrungen mit der Kooperation zwischen zivilgesellschaftlichen Initiativen und st\u00e4dtischen Verwaltungen in Berlin und Istanbul ausgetauscht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr den Einstieg in diesen Erfahrungsaustausch pr\u00e4sentierten wir einige Ans\u00e4tze aus der Wissenschaft zu dem Konzept der Public-Civic-Partnership \u2013 einem Begriff, der benutzt wird, um eine Zusammenarbeit zwischen zivilgesellschaftlichen und staatlichen Akteur*innen zu beschreiben (Russel\/Milburn 2021; Horvat 2019). F\u00fcr die folgende Diskussion luden wir die Gespr\u00e4chsteilnehmer*innen dazu ein, die unterschiedlichen Herangehensweisen im Umgang mit Kontroversen in einer solchen Zusammenarbeit zu reflektieren.&nbsp;<br>Hierzu stellten wir zum einen das Konzept der \u201egeteilten Unsicherheit\u201c vor (Callon et al 2009). Callon&nbsp;et al. gehen davon aus, dass Entscheidungen in komplexen Zusammenh\u00e4ngen nicht durch&nbsp;abschlie\u00dfende Risikoermittlung getroffen werden k\u00f6nnen. Deshalb m\u00fcsse mit&nbsp;einer geteilten Unsicherheit&nbsp;umgegangen werden. Die Akteur*innen eines solchen Prozesses f\u00e4nden sich allerdings in \u201ehybriden Foren\u201c wieder, in denen Austausch, Lernen und Erkunden n\u00f6tig und m\u00f6glich w\u00e4re.&nbsp;<br>Dem stellten wir eine der Hypothesen gegen\u00fcber, der wir aktuell im Forschungsprojekt nachgehen: Wir gehen davon aus, dass die Zusammenarbeit zwischen heterogenen Akteur*innen von kontrollierten Missverst\u00e4ndnissen getragen wird.
