He and his team at the Institute of Physics and at IRIS Adlershof, both HU Berlin, will receive 2.2 million euros for the GraWFTy project (High-Precision Gravitational Wave Physics from a Worldline Quantum Field Theory) over the next 5 years. The main goal of this project is the description of gravitational waves using quantum field theory.
