Knut Ebeling shares his ideas about writing death<\/em>. Thinking and writing through <\/em>texts by Georges Bataille and Maurice Blanchot, tracing or excavating a conception of head-less writing<\/em> Ebeling seeks to formulate an alternative epistemology by questioning the very foundation of knowledge production within Western philosophy. Instead of writing (as one<\/strong> method of (re-)producing knowledge) about\/on he proposes a writing with, through <\/em>or alongside. <\/em>Writing then does no longer formulate itself as reflection on<\/em> or about<\/em> something but as head-less writing that re- or even un-organizes the very organism that functions as the (uncontested) grounding for ‘our’ relational thinking. A way of perceiving and grasping which is – in the end – bound by the powerful notion of both on<\/em> and about<\/em>. Instead Ebeling dearticulates this conception and offers an alternative approach that could be ‘named’ as d\u00e9-\u00e9criture<\/em> (un-writing). <\/em>Or as Ebeling frames it: as the practice of autotheoretical writing<\/em>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
