As part of their MA thesis, they conducted an ethnography of informal biodiversity conservation practices in the Venetian lagoon. As a member of the SFB Project &#8220;The Urban Microclimate Regime,&#8221; they will now focus on problematizations of urban heat as a spatial phenomenon and processes of infrastructuralization of heat resilient cities, looking at Fukuoka as a case study.
