You may provide records consisting of an individual identifier, the sex ('m','f') and the family identifier, separated
by comma or tabulators, as one record per line (
example template).
The column headers
ID, SEX and FAMILY are required in this order.
Hint: you may enter and edit the data first in
Microsoft Excel,
OpenOffice Calc or any editor,
mark the table and copy it into the form. Details how to do this are given in the
help section.
