Abschlussarbeiten | Research modules & theses

The group is looking for enthusiastic students who would like to work on projects in the following areas:

  • Interaction of parasitic plants with their environment
  • Acclimation of plants in double-stress situations
  • Functional evaluation of parasite genes by gene silencing
  • Eco-evolutionary adaptations of parasites to changing environments
  • Genomic characterization of parasitic plant genomes
  • Differential methylation of parasite genes in response to environmental change
