Admission and requirements
The Doctoral Certificate Program in Agricultural Economics enhances the doctoral training of the participating faculties.
Participation in the Doctoral Program is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for completing PhD studies. Students are eligible for admission to the Certificate Program if they are accepted as a doctoral student at one of the participating faculties. Therefore, a certificate of enrolment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) or the letter of acceptance of the supervisor confirmed by the PhD institution (bestätigte Betreuungszusage) has to be submitted with the application.
The final Doctoral Certificate in Agricultural Economics is awarded upon successful
completion of the Doctoral Program.
It is also possible to attend certain modules with vacancy as a guest. A certificate
of participation is awarded for each successfully completed module. But the final
Doctoral Certificate will not be awarded to guests.
