Are you interested in gaining insights into the French parliamentary system and complete an internship with a member of the Assemblée Nationale? On this page you will find all relevant information for the application process.

To participate in the Franco-German Parliamentary Internship, you must:

• have German citizenship, dual citizenship is permitted,
• have completed a Bachelor‘s degree (or equivalent) no more than four years old by the start of the program,
• demonstrate very good knowledge of the French language (minimum B2 level), e.g. through DELF/DALF certificates, study degrees from France or a language certificate,
• and have a great interest in French politics.

The application phase for the 2024/2025 program year has ended. You can apply for the 2025/2026 program year from December 2024/January 2025. We will announce the exact dates here.
