Are you interested in German politics and parliamentary practice in Germany? Do you have at least a Bachelor's degree? Do you speak German fluently? Then apply now for the International Parliamentary Scholarship (IPS)!

The IPS program is run by the German Bundestag and organized in cooperation with the Humboldt University of Berlin. It allows 115 participants from 50 countries to gain practical insight into German parliamentary democracy. The introduction takes place in the form of lectures and interactive workshops at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, the Freie Universität Berlin or the Technische Universität Berlin. You will then complete an internship with members of the German Bundestag. You will support parliamentary work in the office and accompany MPs to appointments. In this way, you will not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but also experience political processes and parliamentary democracy at first hand!
