For our second workshop in April 2024, we invited a small group of scholars at different stages in their career, who work multi modally in the form of games, podcasts, sound installation, walking, exhibits, film, and fiction.
Our aim was to learn how they would define the affordances and value of their multimodal work, and then to imagine practices and processes that could bring potential evaluators into awareness of those affordances and values.
Towards the end of the two-day workshop, we asked the participants, what stood out for them during the workshop, how their own work is related to multimodal approaches and practices, and what a toolkit for the evaluation of multimodal work requires. Listen to their answers in the following mini podcast series.
