Jens Lücke will be leading this week’s seminar.
Abstract:
“Over the last three years, my collaborators and I managed to implement the first large-scale QCD+QED simulations with C* boundary conditions. We have successfully generated seven fully dynamical ensembles, developed a tuning strategy to fix the bare parameters of the lattice theory and quantified finite volume effects stemming from both QCD and QED. In this seminar, I will give a summary talk about my PhD project and work that was done before by my collaborators. After putting my work into chronological context and elaborating on some of the theoretical foundations, I will present my key results and conclude with some open questions and challenges for the future.”
As usual, zoom link will be circulated on Monday to members of the RTG and on request to either Gabriel Bliard or Alexander Broll.
See you all there!
