Usual Lattice QCD simulations take place in the Isosymmetryc point where up and down quarks are degenerate but isospin breaking effects are becoming crucial for high-precision Lattice QCD computations. A consistent evaluation requires QED that is not well defined on a finite lattice. In this talk, I will review some basic ideas of lattice QCD and explain the ways to include QED. In the end, I will show how to evaluate isospin breaking corrections in two ways: the simulation of QCD+QED and the RM123 method.
