Our universe as a complex system
What is a complex system? How do we study it? Why do we care about it?
At the seminar, we are going to answer these questions and we are going to explore a famous example of complex system in physics: a spin glass. This system sparked incredible developments in many other disciplines, from neural networks to genetics, from economics to computer science.
