In one of our lab reading sessions in January 2021 we discussed “Thinking Like a Climate” by Hanna Knox with a focus on epistemological and ontological implications of Knox’ ethnography and central arguments. Departing from this, lab members Britta Acksel and Dženeta Hodžić, together with Catharina Lüder, freshly published a book review in the Journal for Science and Technology Studies reflecting these issues, contrasting them with Knox’ earlier works and working out how it may inspire further anthropological research about climate change. You may find the publication here and in our publication list.
