Job description: Scientific services in research as one of seven PhD researchers in the interdisciplinary project “Water4Whom”, especially research on social in/equality in everyday life with multipurpose reservoirs in three case studies in Colombia; Research
themes include livelihoods, access to water and water-related resources, adaptation strategies and capacities to aspire that will then be contrasted with the work of the other PhD researchers.
Requirements: Master degree in Social Anthropology, Human Geography or related subject; interest in multi-sited ethnographic research around dams in Colombia; interest in interdisciplinary collaboration; experience with ethnographic field work; excellent command of the Spanish and English languages; good communication skills; willingness to spend extended periods of time in rural Colombia; familiarity with water research, Latin America and theories of environmental justice will be an asset
